On July 8, 2025, the donation ceremony of the "Kewell Scholarship" was successfully held in Conference Room 708 of the Electrical Engineering Building. Attendees included Guo Yihua, Deputy Director of the University's External Relations and Cooperation Office and Deputy Secretary-General of the Education Foundation; Wang Chenchen, Vice Dean of the Graduate School; Wang Deyu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Electrical Engineering; Niu Liyong, Vice Dean of the School; Tai Kun, Vice Chairman of Kewell Technology Co., Ltd.; and Yang Yixuan, Distribution Manager of the company. The donation ceremony was hosted by Niu Liyong.
Guo Yihua expressed gratitude to Kewell Technology Co., Ltd. for the donation on behalf of the university and introduced the basic functions of the university's External Relations and Cooperation Office and the Education Foundation. She stated that this donation not only fully affirms the outstanding students of the School of Electrical Engineering but also demonstrates the enterprise's social responsibility in supporting higher education. The university's foundation will strictly manage the donation services to ensure that every sum of money is used effectively to support the school's talent training.
Tai Kun introduced the development history and core businesses of Kewell Technology Co., Ltd. and thanked the university and the school for their trust. He expressed the hope that the establishment of the scholarship would encourage students of the School of Electrical Engineering to delve into scientific research, scale new technological heights, and contribute wisdom and strength to the advancement of the national "Dual Carbon" strategy and the development of the new energy industry in the future.

He briefly introduced the school's basic situation in talent training, scientific research, discipline construction, and other aspects, emphasizing that this donation will inject new momentum into the growth of the school's students and help the school cultivate more high-quality electrical engineering talents.
At the ceremony, Guo Yihua and Tai Kun signed the donation agreement on behalf of both parties, and Guo Yihua presented the donation certificate to Tai Kun.
